THE DEPARTMENT

Headed by the Managing Director, it is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Centre’s day-to-day activities. The department consists of three support Units: HR & ADMIN, FINANCE and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.

Human Resources & Administration Unit

The Unit is responsible for staff recruitment, placement, appraisal, training, safety, industrial relations, implementation of HIV/AIDS policy and administration of corporate policies and procedures.

The Unit has developed a human resources development plan, which is updated on regular basis to accommodate arising training needs of the employees. A significant number of staff members are already on training pursing various programmes leading to PhD, Master's degree and undergraduate levels.

Finance department is responsible for budgeting and control of the financial affairs of the company
